Hands on energy healing focused on finding and clearing energetic blockages and rebalancing your energy field. Using high  sense perception and the chakras as a guide, we will work to clear the trauma your body holds and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.  90 min

In addition to the benefits of an energy healing, this session includes layers of therapeutic essential oils, soothing heat, and gentle massage, clearing your spine and energy body of tension and stagnant energy. 90 min 

For those who have been overdoing, overextending, and neglecting self-care. This session begins with earthy essential oils and crystal sound bowls, helping to clear your mind, body, and energy field of everything you've been carrying.

If you’re on or around your period and dealing with cramps, exhaustion, emotions, and all the things—this healing will help you release and recalibrate your body, mind, and emotions - so you can start feeling like yourself again. A nurturing and deeply relaxing session designed to help expecting mothers release nervous energy and reconnect with their changing bodies. This gentle energy healing supports both mom and baby, promoting peace, balance, and grounding.

Let's get our feet on the ground together. For this energy healing we will meet at either a beach or botanical garden to connect with the earth and incorporate the elements into your healing. Some gentle somatic body movement will be involved, but don't worry - you will get to lay down and be guided into a deeply relaxed, meditative state to allow healing, with time to integrate afterward. 90min

Does your home or business feel like it needs a clearing? This offering involves a combination of energy work, intuitive guidance, and Perelandra plant and flower essences to energetically clear and stabilize your home and property. For this clearing I will come to your location on Oahu and do this work with you in person. Afterward we will grid the area with your current intentions to bring you and your space into harmony and alignment.

Healing takes time! This container is for 5 in person healings over the course of 10 weeks. Every other week we will meet for a 90min energy healing session either in my home, or somewhere in nature to get you grounded and do the deep work necessary to stabilize your energy body and the many layers of your being. Each session is unique and will offer consistency and accountability for you along your path.
