Aloha!

My name is Jenna, and I’m an energy healer, mentor, and spiritual guide. I use my unique gifts to work with the subtle energies of the body and energy field to guide you into a frequency of healing and calm. Together in this intuitive space, we get to the root of what you’re holding—processing and clearing out old energetic patterns that prevent you from evolving and moving forward in your life.

I work with individuals and families of all ages around the world, offering sessions both in person from my home in Hawaiʻi and remotely by phone or Zoom. We all hold unconscious energy that can interfere with our well-being when left unchecked. I believe deeply that in order to guide others, a healer must first do their own deep work. Having navigated my own journey through trauma, pain, and deep healing, I am able to hold a grounded, compassionate container as a clear conduit for your transformation and provide gentle, ongoing integration support so you can make lasting changes.

Born and raised on the windward side of Oʻahu, I graduated from Sacred Path Healing School in Honolulu in 2015. Since then, I’ve continued to hone my gifts of high sense perception, working with and studying a wide array of healing modalities to best serve those I am privileged to work with.

In our sessions, you can expect an integrative blending of modalities customized to your needs, including energy work, somatic movement and trauma release, sound healing, Qigong, IFS, EFT, and channeled intuitive counseling.
