Aloha!

 My name is Jenna Kennedy and I'm an energy healer, mentor, and spiritual path cheerleader. I use my unique gifts to work with subtle energies of the body and energy field to guide you into a frequency of healing and calm. In this healing field we work together to get to the root of your issues to process and resolve old energy patterns that have been holding you back from evolving and moving forward in your life. 

I work with individuals and families of all ages all over the world, both in person from my home in Hawaii and remotely by phone or zoom. We all hold unconscious energy in our bodies and field that interferes with us when it goes unchecked. I am gifted at helping my clients uncover and heal their trauma, and provide ongoing support to help them integrate and make lasting changes in their lives. 

 I was born and raised on the windward side of O’ahu and graduated from Sacred Path Healing School in Honolulu in 2015. Since then, I’ve continued developing and honing my gifts of high sense perception and energy healing, working with and studying many healing modalities to best serve those I am privileged to work with. 

You can expect a variety of traditions and modalities to be incorporated into our sessions together that include energy healing, somatic movement and trauma release, Chi Gong, IFS, EFT, channeled intuitive counseling, and more. The body keeps score, and I’m here to help you heal that which has been buried and has held you back.
